Why We
Started
Kanpla started as a high school project, inspired by our own experiences as customers in the contract catering space. We saw that this market was often overlooked in digitalisation, despite being where people eat most outside their homes—an opportunity to connect and deliver a great experience every day.
We noticed key challenges like food waste, long queues, disconnected systems, and excessive manual work, with existing software not designed for contract catering. Believing caterers can achieve more with less, and that’s why we we created Kanpla.

We achieve this by integrating all customer touch points in one system - through a fully branded App, Web, and POS system.
