The Genuine Dining Co. er i gang med at nytænke og redefinere kantinedrift og har i de sidste 13 år leveret nogle af de allermest innovative og bedste løsninger i branchen. FORA har 70 lokationer i London og er fortsat i gang med at ekspandere. The Genuine Dining Co. har indgået et samarbejde med Kanpla for at understøtte denne vækst.
Udfordringen
With all successful offers, where the food and drink is loved by the customer, it comes with growth, which in turn can develop operational challenges. Genuine Dining and FORA provide close to £95k of hospitality orders a month across 70 sites in London which opens up huge catering and logistical challenges.

Providing a seamless ordering experience for customers
The operations team managing and communicating changes
Packaging, labelling and delivering in Central London using bikes and vans
Organising the catering team to deliver the best culinary experience with different allergy preferences
Back office administration with invoicing and payments

Løsningen
The Genuine Dining Co. og Kanpla har arbejdet tæt sammen for at skræddersy og udvikle Kanplas mødeforplejningsløsning, hvilket har forbedret servicen for Genuine Dining-teamet og sikret en bedre og gnidningsfri oplevelse for de mange TOG-kunder, der har behov for mødeforplejning på tværs af London. Ved at udnytte den nyeste teknologi, som inkluderer fleksibilitet på lokationsniveau, brugervenlige web- og app-baserede bestillingsoplevelser samt muligheder for fakturering og betaling med kreditkort, har The Genuine Dining sparet 20 timer om ugen i arbejdskraft, som tidligere blev brugt i et regneark.

Fremtiden
With the technology and processes in place, there is huge potential for growth. Genuine Dining Co is already looking to implement the same offering in another one of their Central Production Units (CPUs) in London, where both internal and external clients will be able to benefit from new hospitality and food offerings, such as sushi platters. This provides a new revenue stream with minimal complexity for current operations. Much like high street restaurants have boosted their revenue through delivery platforms, Genuine Dining is leveraging Kanpla to achieve the same, without compromising their brand or adding heavy fees.
