Once the deadline for orders has expired, it is not possible to cancel the purchase. Returns will only be accepted in the case of misproduction, or food errors.
Please contact the kitchen to initiate your refund inquiry. Contact information can be found in the button of the app. The kitchen should be contacted within 2 days of delivery of the product.
When refunded, the amount will be uploaded to your account on the app. If you want the money paid out to your bank account, please contact support on: +443308081620. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
